Quick Chicken Stir Fry

For the Sauce

    Mix all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.

    Add chicken in a single layer. Let it sear without moving for 2 minutes, then stir fry until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

    Add remaining oil to the wok. Add bell peppers and broccoli. Stir fry for 3 minutes.

    Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Return chicken to the wok. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together.

    Cook for another minute until sauce thickens and coats everything. Serve immediately.

Tips

Prep all ingredients before you start cooking - stir fry moves fast!

Serve over jasmine rice or noodles.
