Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package.

While pasta cooks, zest both lemons and juice one of them.

Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain pasta.

Toss hot pasta with olive oil, lemon zest, juice, and parmesan. Add pasta water as needed.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
Tips
Works great with any short pasta too.
Add chili flakes for a kick.
